I meet a lot of people with aspirations to buy land and develop it. What’s strange is that, even though that is exactly what I do for a living, I don’t recommend it to many people. The reason for that comes down to risk. Buying land is an expensive and risky business. Buying land for DEVELOPMENT only increases that risk. To get a loan that will both cover the property purchase and fund the subdivision construction, you’re usually looking in the millions of dollars. And when you start taking out multi-million-dollar loans, that’s where you’ve just graduated into high risk territory. Welcome!

What we DO teach our participants is how to get involved in the Land Development industry, how to make big returns, but WITHOUT taking on millions of dollars worth of risk.
