I have a confession to make!
I think I may have hurt some feelings in my last video. I was talking about the fact that 99% of the realtors that I deal with are uneducated when it comes to land deals in the development world. They take on listings that they aren't prepared for, bringing no value to the deal and often just getting in the way.
But here's the thing: I'm not going to take that statement back!
But I do want to say that it's not your fault! There just aren't a lot of resources out there for you.
It's your job as a realtor to represent your clients as a professional, as an expert. And this is why we created Land Listings Unleashed. It will fill a need in realtor education that’s way overdue.
So as a realtor, if you want to go after land listings, if you want to be known as a land expert, be the realtor to go to list land, the realtor who knows how to work with developers, if you want to become that expert, go take our course. The most successful realtors I've known are comfortable doing land deals in the development world. They bring value to the deal and they make some off the chart commissions.
