What Is Your Why?

We do a personal onboarding call with each new participant that we bring into our program. During these calls, I have several goals. The main goal is to find out what this participant is after. What land? Why now? What do they want to accomplish? What are their goals?

I was conducting an onboarding call with a new participant a few days ago and, in talking about his own personal 'why', he said a couple things that I loved.

First he talked about the fact that he works in education and that teaching is a passion for him. However, he's always known that there was an entrepreneurial side to him. He's always known that he had a real passion for building something.

And that is so key. Just about everyone dreams of making more money, getting rich, building wealth. But realizing that desire is only reserved for those that take entrepreneurial action.

The second thing he talked about is his desire to build a legacy for his kids. He wants to bring them up in an environment where he's able to impart wisdom on them. He wants to pass on skills and knowledge to them that they can use to build their own legacies.

His answer really struck me because, for a lot of us, our kids are our #1 driving force behind the majority of the decisions we make. It's a great 'why' to have!

If you'd like to join us and start fulfilling your 'why', the best place to start is by watching our video at VestRight.com/action.
