From OR to AZ – Without Missing A Beat

So my wife and I have decided to start spending 8 months of the year down in Arizona. Yes, we’re down here house touring, looking to add a bit more sun to our lives.

Why am I sharing this? I want to underline the beauty of having a virtual business. I’m so thankful and fortunate to have a business model that will allow me to head down to AZ in September and know that my business won’t miss a beat. Our productivity and efficiency will not suffer. And that is because our company, our strategy for putting together land deals, has been virtual for years.

I know we’ve spoken before about the freedom of being able to work from home, the freedom to be able to travel and still conduct business. And it’s times like this where I am especially grateful for this model that we teach in our course.

If you are looking for that freedom – the ability to work from home, and you’d like to learn more about our model, check out our presentation video here: https://shrtlnk.co/KuwiM

Driving around looking for land, in my humble opinion, is the “old school” way. We do land acquisition virtually through leveraging technology. As a result, we are more efficient and we’re able to cover a lot more ground in terms of the markets we target.
