Live and Learn.
Most of my learning has come from life experiences, trials, failures, etc… the hard way!
I bought this house in 2006 at the age of 28 – all said and done had close to $4M into it. STUPID!!!
Don’t get me wrong, I have no issue with nice “stuff”, but remember it is just “stuff”.
There are way better decisions I could of made with that money back then.
Problem is, I didn’t know any better – didn’t realize I was looking at it all wrong.
See, until a few years ago, I didn’t get involved with masterminds, wasn’t focused on continuing to expanding my knowledge or personal development…
Glad I’m doing all this now in my 40’s vs never.
I get so excited when I see individuals 20 years younger than me in these groups, courses, etc…
