For about a year now I have been trying to really focus on my fitness and push to the next level by doing some running, lifting and CrossFit. I have even been tracking my food and calories. I’m still not where I want to be.
About 2 weeks ago I signed up to work with a fitness program and man, they are really kicking my butt.
It’s so nice to have a specific plan to fast track me to where I want to go.
