One of the great things about being an expert in land development is that you have knowledge that very few people possess.
So many times in our careers, when we tell someone that we work in land development, their eyes light up and they want more information. This is because land development is such a big unknown. Very few people know how it works. Very few people are able to look at a piece of dirt and analyze it for subdivision potential. Makes you feel like a bit of a Rockstar at times! 😊
And that’s one of the great things about our program, Land Deals Revealed. Not only do we teach people how to generate 5 to 7-figure returns on land deals, but also, through our training, they become land acquisition experts. They learn the proverbial “A to Z” of land development. We share knowledge with them that so few people possess.
Last week, one of our participants was thrilled to be able to analyze a piece of property that belonged to a friend. That ability is something he didn’t possess just a couple weeks prior.
